These terms apply to our $300 one-page website design service. By accepting these terms at checkout, you agree to the service scope and refund policy below.

1. Your website package

The service costs $300 USD as a one-time payment and includes: One scrolling website page with a headline, About section, and services or offer information. Placement of photos, logos, and testimonials you provide. Basic organization and editing of your supplied wording. A contact, inquiry, or booking button linked to your chosen destination. A mobile-friendly layout. One round of revisions within the original scope. Initial publishing setup on the platform agreed upon for your project. Additional pages, online stores, payment integrations, custom applications, extensive copywriting, ongoing updates, and other features require a separate written quote.

2. Hosting and other costs

The $300 payment covers the website build. There is no monthly design retainer. Hosting, domain registration, business email, platform subscriptions, paid images, and other third-party services are separate unless expressly included in your written order. If you choose our separate $97 hosting offer, we will disclose its billing period, included services, renewal terms, and cancellation policy before you purchase it. Hosting is not automatically added to your website order.

3. Payment and project start

Payment is due before work begins. Design work begins when we start organizing your content, writing or editing website copy, creating your layout, or building your page. Receiving payment or sending an automated welcome email alone does not count as starting design work. We will notify you when design work begins.

4. What you provide

You agree to provide accurate business information, services, prices, contact details, links, and any photos or branding you want included. You confirm that you have permission to use the materials you supply. You are responsible for approving the accuracy of your business claims, prices, testimonials, and final website content. Please do not send passwords or sensitive customer information through ordinary inquiry forms.

5. Timing, review, and revisions

We aim to prepare your first draft within a few business days after receiving payment and the necessary materials. We will confirm your estimated schedule when the project starts. Missing information, delayed replies, expanded requests, or third-party platform issues may extend the schedule. Your package includes one consolidated round of revisions requested within seven calendar days after receiving your first draft. Corrections needed to meet the agreed scope do not count against that revision round. We will obtain your written approval before launching. Silence does not count as approval. If we do not hear from you for 30 calendar days, we may pause the project after sending a reminder. We will confirm a new schedule when you return. A pause alone does not automatically forfeit your payment.

6. Website rights and account access

You retain ownership of your business name, logo, photos, supplied text, domain, and customer information. After full payment and final delivery, you receive a perpetual right to use, modify, and have another provider maintain the final custom website work we are authorized to license to you. This right is subject to the refund provisions below. Third-party software, fonts, stock assets, templates, open-source components, and platform features remain subject to their own licenses and account terms. We do not promise exclusive ownership of those materials. We will identify the agreed handoff method and any platform or subscription requirements before launch. Access to our shared business accounts or unrelated customer projects is not included.

7. Ongoing services and results

The build fee does not include ongoing maintenance or unlimited technical support. Additional work must be agreed upon separately. We do not guarantee sales, inquiries, search rankings, or uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms. We remain responsible for delivering the work described in your agreed scope.

8. Changes and customer rights

Additional charges require your approval before the additional work begins. The terms accepted with your order apply to that order. Later policy changes will not retroactively reduce your rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
