When you send an event or website inquiry, we collect your name, email, phone number, and the details you share about your event or business. When you join the Top Tier List, we collect your first name and email address. When you purchase the website design service, our payment provider collects your payment details securely, and we receive your email address and order confirmation — never your card number.
2. How we use your information
Inquiry details are used to respond to you and plan your event or website. Order emails are used for receipts, order records, and delivering your website service. If you join the Top Tier List or opt in during checkout, we use your first name and email to send you tips, product updates, and special offers.
3. Your choices
Marketing emails are optional. You join the Top Tier List only by signing up or by ticking the marketing checkbox at checkout — it is never pre-selected. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can email us at any time to be removed from the list.
4. How your information is stored
Your information is stored securely in our private business systems and is never sold. We share it only with the service providers needed to run our business, such as our payment provider for processing your order and our email marketing service for sending the emails you asked for.
